Este holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University, bringing a strong analytical foundation to his leadership. His commitment to excellence is further demonstrated through his completion of key certifications, including the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) Course, the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), and the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) Course. Beyond his professional achievements, Este has a deep commitment to community service, volunteering with various organizations throughout his life.
